Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the UPS tracking number. Simply click on the link to UPS to view the tracking details of your order.

How do I view my order history?

What is a “non-stock item”?
Non-stock items are items that are available for purchase, but Image Solutions does not carry any stock. These items are processed upon customer request and typically take 10-12 business days for delivery.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once you get to the final checkout screen, click on “Submit Order”. Once your order has been processed, you will immediately see a confirmation number and you will receive an email with the confirmation number.
How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name or item number. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the caps available on Cricket Couture.
With each of the search options, you will be taken to a page, which will display your search results. From that results page you may click on any of the images to see additional information about the product. If you don't find what you are looking for, or if you have a new idea for a product that isn't featured on Cricket Couture, let us know! Email us at email@example.com.
All co-branded merchandise can only be produced with the approval of all Intellectual Property owners and the appropriate licenses, etc. For more information regarding co-branded merchandise, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I access my budget funds?
Log onto the website http://apparel.cricketwireless.com using your ATTUID email address and under account settings you can access your budget balance. Budget is only available to Cricket Wireless company owned employees.
If you are a new hire, please allow 14 business days before reaching out to inquire about your budget funds.
Where are the Cricket Event Kit items? I.E. Tents, tablecloths, marketing signage
We are actively working to get the event kit merchandise added back to Cricket Couture.
